Tandoori Marinade

Ingredients
• 1 small Onion, peeled and finely chopped | • 1 Tbs Tandoori Marsala |
• 2 inch piece of fresh Ginger root, peeled and minced | • 1 tsp Cumin |
• 3 Clove Garlic, peeled and minced | • ½ tsp Paprika |
• 3 fresh green Chili Peppers, like Serrano or Jalapeno (optional) | • 1 tsp Kosher Salt |
• 1 Cup Plain Yogurt | |
• 4 Tbs Unsalted Butter |
Instructions
Place the onion, ginger, garlic and peppers in a food processor and grind into a thick paste.Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend until well mixed.
This marinade should used with in 24 hours of making it.
