Tandoori Marinade

• 1 small Onion, peeled and finely chopped• 1 Tbs Tandoori Marsala
• 2 inch piece of fresh Ginger root, peeled and minced• 1 tsp Cumin
• 3 Clove Garlic, peeled and minced• &#189 tsp Paprika
• 3 fresh green Chili Peppers, like Serrano or Jalapeno (optional) • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
• 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
• 4 Tbs Unsalted Butter


Place the onion, ginger, garlic and peppers in a food processor and grind into a thick paste.
Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend until well mixed.

This marinade should used with in 24 hours of making it.
