Ginger Soy Marinade

Ingredients
• &#188 Cup Tamari soy sauce (regular is ok if you don"t have Tamari)
• &#188 Cup Olive oil, good quality
• 2 tsp Roasted sesame oil
• 1 Tbs Fresh dill weed, minced
• 1 Juice of a lemon
• 1-2 Tbs Fresh ginger root, grated
• 2 Clove Garlic, minced (optional)
• 1 Tbs Sherry (optional)

InstructionsMix all ingredients in a bowl. Use for fish or vegetables.Note: Amounts are approximate. Other herbs can be used instead of dill weed.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
