Ginger Soy Marinade

Ingredients
| • ¼ Cup Tamari soy sauce (regular is ok if you don"t have Tamari) |
| • ¼ Cup Olive oil, good quality |
| • 2 tsp Roasted sesame oil |
| • 1 Tbs Fresh dill weed, minced |
| • 1 Juice of a lemon |
| • 1-2 Tbs Fresh ginger root, grated |
| • 2 Clove Garlic, minced (optional) |
| • 1 Tbs Sherry (optional) |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use for fish or vegetables.Note: Amounts are approximate. Other herbs can be used instead of dill weed.
