BGE Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
| • 4 1 inch thick pork chops | • ½ Tbs chopped onion |
| • pork chop seasoning | • 1 Tbs chopped celery |
| • Allegro Marinade | • 1 tsp dried chopped parsley |
| • 1 Cup dried cherries | |
| • 1 ½ Cup bread crumbs | • 1/8 tsp salt |
| • 2 Tbs butter |
Instructions
Saute onion in butter.Combine all stuffing ingredients. (You may substitute seasoning instead of salt in the stuffing.
Cut a pouch in the pork chops and stuff.
Sprinkle with chop seasoning.
Marinate in Allegro for two hours before grilling.
Grill on Big Green Egg at 300* for one hour.
