Simmering Pork

• 3 green onions• 2 Clove garlic sliced thin
• 1 tsp fresh ginger• &#189 tsp white pepper
• 2 Tbs soybean condiment• 2 Cup water to cover
• 2 Tbs soy sause• 3lb lb pork butt
• 2 tsp brown sugar
•       &#189 Cup dry sherry or chinese rice wine


Mix all ingrediants together except pork. Place the meat in a ovenproof caserole just large enough to hold it. Pour sauce over it and cover top and bake at 275 degrees for5 to 8 hours

serve with wild rice white rice combo
