Simmering Pork

Ingredients
• 3 green onions | • 2 Clove garlic sliced thin |
• 1 tsp fresh ginger | • ½ tsp white pepper |
• 2 Tbs soybean condiment | • 2 Cup water to cover |
• 2 Tbs soy sause | • 3lb lb pork butt |
• 2 tsp brown sugar | |
• ½ Cup dry sherry or chinese rice wine |
Instructions
Mix all ingrediants together except pork. Place the meat in a ovenproof caserole just large enough to hold it. Pour sauce over it and cover top and bake at 275 degrees for5 to 8 hoursserve with wild rice white rice combo
