Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 4 THICK CUT, APPROX. 1
• &#188  lb JIMMY DEAN HOT PORK SAUSAGE
• 4 Tbs TONY CHACHERE"S CREOLE SEASONING

Instructions

Cut pocket in side of pork chops. Fill pocket with sausage. Coat on both sides with Tony's Creole Seasoning. Add wood chips, I prefer hickory, to natural charcoalin Big Green Egg.

Smoke pork chops for about 45 minutes. Take off and enjoy.
