Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
• 4 THICK CUT, APPROX. 1 |
• ¼ lb JIMMY DEAN HOT PORK SAUSAGE |
• 4 Tbs TONY CHACHERE"S CREOLE SEASONING |
Instructions
Cut pocket in side of pork chops. Fill pocket with sausage. Coat on both sides with Tony's Creole Seasoning. Add wood chips, I prefer hickory, to natural charcoalin Big Green Egg.Smoke pork chops for about 45 minutes. Take off and enjoy.
