Ingredients
• 1 rack St. Louis style spareribs |
• Your favorite BBQ sauce |
• Your favorite |
• 2 Cup Hickory wood chips. |
Instructions
Soak Hickory chips for .5 hour.Remove membrane from back of ribs.
Rub ribs with dry spice.
Place ribs on rack inside of a pan.
Smoke on BGE at 300 degrees for 1.5 hours.
Add 1 cup Hickory chips to fire after 1 st ½ hour.
Add rest of chips after 1 hour.
Baste with sauce 10 minutes before done.
This will make ribs that are every bit as good as your favorite resteraunt with that "smoked for 8 hours taste".
Notes
Your butcher should be able to make up "St. Louis style spareribs".I use commercial BBQ sauce and add Tabasco, Worcesershire, etc.
