edited November -1 in Beef

Ingredients

• 1 Bone in Rib Roast
• 2-3 Box Rock salt
• 1 Box Foil
• 1 Deep disposable foil turkey pan

Instructions

Wash roast with water.
Set temp to 300 degrees.

Bone in Rib Roast. Any size will do. In a large disposable pan, such as a pan to cook a turkey in. Line the pan with foil, enough to cover the top of the roast loosely. Rinse off the roast with water and place in the pan. Pour in enough rock salt to cover the entire roast. Cover the roast with the foil and cook at 300 degrees until it reaches 160 degrees.
when finished, the rock salt will have fused together and created a shell around the roast. Break off with a small hammer and dispose of salt. It's ready to carve.
