Tarragon-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

• &#188 Cup Sour Cream
• &#188 Cup Dijon Mustard
• &#188 Cup Milk
• 1½ tsp Fresh Chopped or ½Teaspoon Dried Tarragon
• 1 Tbs Olive Oil
• 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/8 tsp Pepper
• Additional Tarragon

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except pepper and additional Tarragon in small saucepan.
Blend until smooth.

Heat over medium-low heat until heated through.
Spoon over meat or fish and sprinkle with pepper and additional Tarragon.
