Tarragon-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
| • ¼ Cup Sour Cream |
| • ¼ Cup Dijon Mustard |
| • ¼ Cup Milk |
| • 1½ tsp Fresh Chopped or ½Teaspoon Dried Tarragon |
| • 1 Tbs Olive Oil |
| • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice |
| • 1/8 tsp Pepper |
| • Additional Tarragon |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except pepper and additional Tarragon in small saucepan.Blend until smooth.
Heat over medium-low heat until heated through.
Spoon over meat or fish and sprinkle with pepper and additional Tarragon.
