• Chicken wings and/or drumettes
• Big Green Egg Seasoning
• Obie"s Original Fajita Seasoning

InstructionsRinse the chicken parts and pat dry.
In a bowl, combine equal 1 part BGE Seasoning and 2 parts Obie's Original Fajita Seasoning.
Place the chicken parts in the bowl and turn until well coated.

Bring Egg temperature to 250°.
Place the chicken parts directly on the cooking grid and close the lid.
The lid should remain closed except when turning.
Cook for 35 to 40 minutes turning every 10 minutes.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
