It usually does, but I prefer to be able to control where it goes and it easier on the outside. It's on the inside of my large 'cause it has more room.

Duh, I forgot to mention the pork loin came out great - dusted lightly with Rudy's rub and smoked with hickory & apple wood. Super juicy and full of flavor - yum! Joe
