I am going to Vegas in Oct. and have googled this site and plan on eating at a few of these from Travel Channel and Food Network shows. Vegas.html
Firefly is kind of unique and pretty good.
Four Kegs must have some dirt on Guy Fierri (sp) One of our out of town guests wanted to go there per his recommendation. Four of five photos of him with recs. It was a really marginal experience.

Texas De Brazil down at Town Square is a great place to eat but plan on eating like you are at a buffet.  Blue Martini in Town Square at happy hour is the best deal in town.  Everything is half price, including their 100 or so martinis. Maggianos at Fashion Show Mall is really good italian food.  There are a lot of places that are in your cities and they are just as good in Vegas.
