How long for 4 butts
MasterMason
Posts: 243
I have cooked 2 at a time, and have been right at 14 hours or so for the 2. I need to cook 4 butts on Friday to sell at the local baseball leagues snack shack on Saturday, how long do you think it would take for the 4?

Chef Wil,
That's exactly what I was looking for, I figured the extra meat would take a bit more time, but not that much more. I just have to have it ready by 9am to take with me to the games, so there isn't a lot of wiggle room at the end

MasterMason,[p]I cooked a 9.7 pounder, and it took right@225 for 20 hours. I don't don't get it, unless my meat therm. is jacked up. However, the meat turned out perfect.
