I am doing a couple of pork butts tonite - using my BBQ Guru for the 2nd time. What is the proper setting for the daisy wheel?? (looking to be about 225 dome) TIA[p]mule

mule, I usually run a 225 cook with the Guru damper about 1/4 to 1/3 way open and the daisy wheel damper just barely open a little bit. Peace...
