    I like thick cut steaks. It is much easier to not overcook them. Looks yummy! :)

    I'm with you on that, Eenie. I lik'em juicy, too. The Egg & Thermapen are "can't miss" when it comes to cookin steaks. Good piece'a meat helps, too.

    Those tomatoes sound wonderful, I'm kind of a mater fanatic. My dad used to tell me about coming home from school and picking a tomato from their huge garden in Arkansas and eating it like an apple. Steak looks great!
