BGE = Great Customer Service!!!!

All I can say is thanks to BGE. I found a crack in the base of one of my Lgs a couple wks ago and found it spreading, a bit scary.. Well found another crack in my other BGE (I have two larges)....
I called customer service up, and Boom YOW! - I have two new bases now!!! Granted it was easy for me because I am around 20mi from the mothership.
