In thanks for all of the awesome help and great recipes I have gotten off of this site, please find my favorite rib glaze recipe of all time: It's a mix of Hawaian and Southwest...[p]After the 3/1/phase of cooking, the last 15-20 minutes over direct heat glaze the ribs with this mixture:[p]2 4.5 oz jars of baby food peaches
1/3 cup of catasup
1/3 cup of cider vinegar
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 teaspoons fresh ginger (minced)
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of fresh ground pepper
1 chipotle pepper
Combine all of above into a food processor, mix well
Heavily Paint the mixture onto the ribs, watching so that they don't burn, till the ribs glaze..Serve, be prepared "NOT" to have any leftovers.

I've seen a lot of BBQ recipes in my day, but that's the first one I've ever seen that includes baby food. ROFL!!! I'm gonna have to give this one a try! Thanks for posting the recipe.........[p]Jim
