Well I did some thighs tonight. Two with Tsuanmi and two with Pinneapple. Turned out great. Indirect,400 degrees cooked for about 45 minutes. Theramapen shows up tomorrow. The wife liked the Tsunami and I liked the Pinneapple so it was a success. She was surprised that there was not more flavor from the rub. Tomatoes fresh from the garden. Thanks for looking. Keep posting great recipes everyone. Thanks.

Looks great. Thighs and wings are my favorite pieces of chicken to cook and I would gladly eat one of both of yours.

I am with both of yall. I like both rubs. Chicken and maters really look good.
Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx
  • The Dizzy rubs have been my favorites since they became available in the Northern Virginia area about three years ago. I haven't tried the Pineapple yet, so thanks for the reminder. On chicken I also like "Shakin' the Tree".
