Took one of my favorite indoor meals out to the Egg :)
Chops in mushroom soup over rice
I picked up a couple of smoked pork chops from a local butcher, he does a great job on these

Some pics
Smoked pork chops

On the Egg for a quick sear with some corn

Some shrooms and onions getting started

Added a can of mushroom soup and some cream, and let simmer

Plated with basmati rice and some corn

This really turned out well, the sauce picked up a little smoke and the chops just melted. :)

Thanks for looking

    That looks great.

How much cream did you use and did you add any water to the soup?

    Thanks GG
There was about 1 cup of cream and the can of soup, with no water. There was lots of juice from the mushrooms and onions too :)

Looks great Shane. In my opinion, any food items with shrooms in it or on it is going to be pretty good! :)

Looks awesome Shane! Your sauce/gravy looks killer, I could think of a few things to put that on. It would go great with chicken 'n rice or cook some sausage into it and slide a homemade buttered biscuit or two under it. Your chop looks perfect as well. Major drool factor! :cheer:
