Just purchased two 7 lb pork shoulders which I will be cooking on a medium egg. Any suggestions as to how long of a cook I should plan?[p]Will be feeding 8 adults! Hope I bought enough. lol[p]TIA

fournier88,
If you are going to Egg them to get pulled pork, it could take as much as 16 or more hours at 250 degrees dome temp. You will have to get the internal temp of the meat to 195 before taking it off the Egg. When you remove them, wrap them in foil, put them in a cooler for couple of hours. Just before time to eat, pull the meat. Wonderful food. [p]Jerry
