Pulled Pork
Will be doing a couple of shoulders over the weekend. Was curious if the board here could suggest a favorite rub. In the past I have simply used yellow mustard which I simply spread on the pork just prior to cooking. [p]TIA

Might I suggest Dizzy Pig coarse ground rub or Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express.

Paul Fournier, I hav ebben using different ones on almost evry cook. The new Maple sugar rub from BGE is pretty good as well.
