Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge
Yield: approximately 2 lbs. [p]Ingredients
2-1/8 Cups Granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup Granulated Onion
3 Tbsp Celery Salt
3-1/4 Tbsp Iodized Salt
3/4 Cup Paprika
2-1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
2-1/2 Tbsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1-1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
3/4 Tsp Dry Mustard
1-1/8 Tsp Dry Ginger
3/4 Tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Thyme
2 Tbsp Whole Marjoram
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon[p]Method of Preparation
1. Combine all the dry ingredients above.
2. Rub onto Ribs before cooking.

Did you use plain sugar, or "raw" sugar, or what? Just curious.

Crab leg, i didn't make it yet - only posted it. When i make it, i'll probably use regular sugar for such a quantity.
