Chicken skewers w/peanut sauce

Wow, grilled some chicken breasts on skewers on the Egg. Marinated in soy sauce,brown sugar,a little ground ginger, garlic, lime and red pepper flakes. Dome to 450 on a raised grill. 5 minutes a side and presto dinner is ready.
All cooked up ready to eat.
Made a little peanut sauce for dipping. Yumo.

Those look awesome - can't wait to try some chicken satay myself on the egg. How was the done-ness though? 10 mins seems like a long time to cook a skewer that thin.

They were very moist and done. When you open the dome to put them on the temp drops to about 350 then builds back up and its time to flip again. Everyone loved them.

I didn't care too much for peanut butter as a kid but there are few sauces better than a Thai peanut sauce. I swear I can just drink the stuff. I just had some with beef kabobs this week.Knoxville, TN
