T-Rex a Roast?
I have a boneless round tip roast. Not too big. Not much thicker than some steaks I have T-rexed. Is this the proper method for a roast? Other than steaks I do very little beef on the Egg. Any ideas on how to cook it?

Chopped Pork Plate,
I have done a couple of tri tips. sear for 2 minutes per side. Then cook at 400 until meat is 145-150. Put in foil for about 30 minutes.
