meatloaf sandwiches

<p />made some meat loaf somewhat following rachel rays directions for a meatloaf brasciole. mixed equal parts of ground hamburger, veal, pork and chicken. added parmesian cheese, raisins, pine nuts, bread crumbs, and witchy red. flattened it out between wax paper, with a second cuttig board pressing from the top. layered proscuitto ham,fetta chees, provolone cheese, and a little frozen basil. rolled it up and gave it a dose of solid ball. cooked 400 for about 1 hour and 20 with a little cherry wood smoke. great sandwiches
