Here are the pics of the pulled beef that I cooked today. Clay Q was there to coax me along, cause I am always a little apprehensive with new cooks/recipes. The more I get to know Egg people and my Egg, the more trusting I become. I have yet to try a bad recipe that was created be an Egger. Thanks again Clay Q![p]First pic...Had to shovel a path to the Egg this morning. Over 9" of snow has fallen today, schools are closed, and my grass needs to be cut. Go figure.

VegasSlim,[p]I used Clay Qs Pulled beef Recipe from the Submitted recipes section. I followed it except I left out the maple surup. I even got to buy a new dutch oven!

It was a chuck roast. A big one. Total cooking time was about 9 hours.
