Cooked Fajitas...Forum Style

Cook Fajitas as MikeO suggested with some help from Ashley and gretl. Cook marinated flank steak (entire steak)at 650 at 5/5/5. Cut across the grain and meat was juicey and tender. Not so hard for a newbie with great help. Want to try it again with different marinade. Next venture...vertical rosted turkey
