Just ordered some Iberico Pork cuts

Saw this a while ago on here, so just gave myself a splurge and ordered Solomillo Iberico de Bellota - Pork Tenderloins (Approx. 1.6 Pounds, and a Presa Iberica de Bellota - Pork Shoulder Steak. Very excited to give this a try, got to hide the reciept from the wife though!

You do realize that if it is as good as reported, you'll soon be convincing yourself that a quick trip to Spain for dinner is an entirely affordable meal. :P

My last trip to NOLA I had Iberica pork secreto (a cut from the belly) and it was the best pork dish I have ever had.

I ordered from La Tienda.com. Both cuts were 65 bucks. shipping was 13.
I have not posted pics on previous cooks, but i will do so for this one! Cant wait, said it should be here in time for dinner on Saturday. -
