ken stones rubs came in this week, first time trying them. going to cook a chicken, one side with the solid ball as i tasted it and it is good, what spice would be good for the other side. ken, thanks for the prompt order.

    witchy red is also great on chicken. . .although our favorite beer can chicken rub is dizzy tsunami spin (makes for fantastic chicken salad as well). . IMHO

    ive just gone thru my last bottle of the dizzy stuff, going to place my order soon. the last chicken i did was great. cowlick,paprika, and a hot jamacan curry was on it. turned your fingers a funky color but very tasty. big fan of the tsunami spin as well
