The 4 1/2 y/o cracks in my 5 1/2 y/o firebox finally gave way. My local dealer didn't have any in stock, and I was traveling through Atlanta anyway, so I wrapped the firebox pieces in a trash bag and took it to the Tucker HQ.

Before I could open my mouth, when they saw the trash bag, the only question they asked was "What size firebox"?

    Yeah, those guys are great. I was in there just chit chatting when a customer came in asking for a fire grate. He was ready to buy one but they said, "it's a warranty item, we'll just give you a new one."

    Then I said, "I need one for my XL." they gave me one also. I had to seriously rearrange my luggage so that my bag wasn't overweight with that chunk of cast iron in it.
