We use the forearm forklifts at work every now and then. Have never lifted 600LBs but I would guess 3 to 400LBs. First few times using them I thought they were a joke. After reading the directions :laugh: and watching others use them it got much easier. Now we always use them for heavy lifts.

bunch of supermarkets were getting atm's stolen here a while back, quick lift with the fork truck, then drive it thru the front window where the truck was waiting
