About to buy a new smoker,saw an egghead, research them I found some that said it was a pain to add charcoal, and cooked dry,also when smoking a brisket do you use charcoal and wood chunks, and does it have a good smoke flavor . Not a member but would appreciate your feedback in helping me decide, I have only used traditional smokers in the past. Thanks
