Hello all, been busy with the new job, here's something I tried, Rhonda found the recipie, we modified it a little for the egg
started with some tenderized round steaks and a marinade of olive oil, worcester, garlic, onion, black pepper.mixed some fresh chopped rosemary in with philly cream cheese, spread it on the steaks, rolled with a strip of bacon. on the egg direct at 400, rolled every five mins. came out pretty good,

It was direct, about 15 minutes, rolled it every 5, with the steaks.

it almost did, very creamy, offset by the bacon and steak though. a little some for texture wouldnt hurt
