Hello all, been busy with the new job, here's something I tried, Rhonda found the recipie, we modified it a little for the egg
started with some tenderized round steaks and a marinade of olive oil, worcester, garlic, onion, black pepper.mixed some fresh chopped rosemary in with philly cream cheese, spread it on the steaks, rolled with a strip of bacon. on the egg direct at 400, rolled every five mins. came out pretty good,
