"Pork Pullers"

Once again, I did a pile of pulled pork for our big 4th of July shindig. This year, I got a pair of Bear Paws to help shred the pork, and wow... what a great investment! Anyone who's doing it by hand, or trying to use forks to pull their pork, you need to give these things a go - they make the task effortless:

Of course, I gotta post some obligatory pork pics :-)

Hope everyone had a great 4th!

After my hands cramped up this weekend while pulling pork, I followed your advice and ordered the "bear claws". Thanks for reminding me
I always wanted to get one of these, but keep forgetting to order
Cooked a whole shoulder and two pork butts yesterday...wish I had one yesterday
I have cooked many many pork shoulders...if you can find one in your area, buy it and try it. -

Yeah . . . got some in the OKC 2009 "goodie bag" and I'll be damned if I can find them when I need them.
