Rib Help Needed

Unknown
edited November -0001 in EggHead Forum
I am making pork ribs for 10 adults and 11 kids and need to maximize my grill space. I have a large Egg and a grill extender. Should I put the rib rack on top of the extender? Should I use the rib rack? Any advise is appreciated

gugshie,[p]I can fit about 5 or 6 racks of ribs on my rib rack. This should be plenty for all your friends. After about two hours, indirect, I pull them and wrap them in foil with a spritz of apple juice. Stack them right on top of each other for another two hours. Pull off when you are ready and then finish direct and sauce 'em if you like.

    gugshie,
I usually put my rib rack on top of my grid above a platesetter with a drip pan. I try and get creative and jam as many in there that I can fit. They always turnout great!!
