Yum Yum
This evening I had chicken breast marinaded in Allegro marinade. Great stuff,regular flavor. While the breast took up the center of the Egg, bratwurst had the circumference. Cranked the Egg up to 375 inderect with Jack Daniel chips. I ate so much I almost blew up. [p]Jerry

Here lately, I have found that I enjoy using the Egg with the top open and no daisy. I won't try it with a long cook, but for short cooks, hour of so, it works great.[p]Jerry
