After Egg...Pineapple Conception

<p />Although the gestation period is long....the results are non-the-less surprising. About 2 years ago I got into the grilled pineapple thing on the Egg. If you haven't tried it, grill fresh pineapple slices and top with chili powder..., yes, chili powder. Grill until they reach your desired level of doneness and then top with Blue Bell
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream...Ummmmmh![p]Anyway...two years ago I took the top off of a fresh pineapple and stuck it in a pot. I've babied it in extreme cold weather, but mostly I forgot about it. As I was cleaning up outside a while ago, I noticed that we were with child...it appears we're gonna have a pineapple.[p]Aloha from San Antonio. Book him..Danno![p]Mike

    As my old friend, one Mr. Buffet said: "She's a real beauty...a Mexican beauty...[p]I once tried growing a pineapple plant up here in sunny Wisconsin. Didn't have much luck...the neighbors all complained that my compost pile was getting too ripe. The worst problem was, I didn't have a compost pile.
