What Up Eggers! What a great Saturday.

<p />I've been working my a$$ off. Haven’t egged in about 4 days.....I was having withdraws. So, I did Spare Ribs and Cornbread for lunch. That's right, no Veggies! :-) I'm going to take a nap while the egg cools down so I can set it up for another Pork Shoulder Overnighter. If you remember my first attempt the fire went out and I had to through it out. Going to take QBabe's advice and go with a higher temp, so it will be easier to maintain overnight. Right at 235 to 250. [p]Later.

Hey Mike,
I went to school at Mizzou and we would venture over to the LOA area about once a week during the warmer months. Good times and good memories from there. I remember one time we were hanging at one of the beach areas and this guy had a small egg and was cooking some dogs on it. I went over and was talking with him about the egg and he was just so impressed that a young college kid knew so much about his beloved egg.[p]Ahhh good times with the Egg even before all this.[p]:)
