Followup to BGE Service

Don't want to bore you, just HAVE to give further testomony.[p]Just to let you know (I'm sure you do already.); My experience with BGE service earlier was not a fluke.[p]The problem I had earlier was that the charcoal grate broke on my small egg. One call and two days later I had a new metal one. Great response I thought. [p]It turned out to be the wrong size. (large in stead of small) When I called back yesterday they responded "No Problem" and I expected to get the small in a couple of days, UPS. Same delivery as the other. Not unreasonable.[p]I was suprized to find the correct size waiting in my mailbox TODAY (1 day) sent US Priority Mail![p]That was over and beyond necessary. I LOVE THESE GUYS![p]Bryan
