What a proud day!!

Today is a special day at the backer household. Mrs. Backer (aka Eggsellent) is making her first solo Lo and Slo. She has two butts totalling 17 pounds that she prepped yesterday and put on about 6pm and they are 180 now, and looking amazing. Pictures will follow later, but I think my office must be dusty, as I have some moisture in my eye...[p]
