Mustard-Based Pork

Anyone know where I can find a South Carolina version of the Naked Whiz pork butt recipe?

    heres a SC style mustard based sauce:[p]south-carolina-style bbq sauce [p]2/3 cup yellow prepared mustard
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup light brown sugar
    1 cup cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon white pepper
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
    2 tablespoons butter

    snapperdude, as alluded to below, the differene really is all in the sauce. I have been to one of the big SC BBQ houses to watch them oook. This particular one used only salt and pepper on the butt when cooking and then made sure you had plenty of mustard sauce to go with it. Seeing as how many of us rub our butts down with mustard (plain cheap ole yeller mustard) before cooking, I would think that should do just fine. Here's another mustard sauce that my family likes:[p]Chef and the Fat Man Mustard BBQ Sauce
    Ingredients
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 cup yellow mustard
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    2 Tbs butter
    1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbs lemon juice
    1 tsp cayenne (more if you want a better kick)

    Procedure
    1 Mix all ingredients together and simmer over a low heat for 30 minutes.
    2 This should make enough for a normal (cheap plastic squeeze bottle and a 1/3rd).
    3 Enjoy and have fun!
