I put my pork on today and went shopping. Pork must have been cooking for 3.5 hours at 300-350 rather than 225. the polder is already at 148. I was feeding 30 people tomorrow. Never made this mistake before - what will happen? I lowered temp to 225 but when will the pork get done

There's no way to accurately say when it will be done..but if you do in fact have the egg stabalized and maintaing 225° which is difficult to do...there really is nothing more you can do to extend the cooking time...195 to 200 internal is what you want for pulled pork..
