Any Onion rings (on BGE) recipes?

My go to meal has really become chicken wings as an appetizer, then homemade pizza(s) on right after. I've really got the timing down and the meal has made every couple we have over want to buy an egg. I started to realize I'm only missing one element that the wife and I like serving for guests...onion rings. Now I've baked some frozen ones in the toaster oven and they really turn out good without having to fry them. Of course I want to make them from scratch and bake them on the egg.

Anyone have a good recipe I can try?

Going to be tuff to get them crunchy on BGE unless you use wok for grease container, not recommended.

Look around somethings just are not egg compatible. Boston cream pie for eggample.

Deep frying on the BGE may not be practical but baking is. HERE is a whole bunch of recipes for baked onion rings. Find one that sounds good to you and give it a shot. I would love to see your successful post!
