Anyone done two chickens on the small at one time??

    No, not sure if that would fit. I used to do one all of the time. I suppose it depends on your indirect barrier. Here mine is in a foiled 9" can pan, resting on Chubby's grate mates ring:

    I believe that one bird is close to the dome like that too.

    EDIT: maybe if you laid them both on their back instead of vertically?

    I have not done it, but would think spatchcocked and one on each of two grids stacked.
