More Butt Flavor

I've had success doing pulled pork but wanted to know what yall do to add even more awesome flavor to your pulled pork. I've always just rubbed and smoked with apple and hickory wood and then added more rub as i pulled.

Any ideas? It's hard for me to inject because I live in Texas.

    Why is it hard for you to inject? I live in Texas and do it all the time. I suggest you try Fab P. You can get it from Freds Music and BBQ.

    I mix up some of my rub with apple juice and inject 12+ hours before smoking.

    I'd try rubbing mustard before or mixed with your rub.
