I am entertaining both Saturday and Sunday nights. Saturday is more formal and Sunday is a bunch of friends (six adults both nights).[p]On Saturday I am plainning on making a prime rib on the egg and on sunday pork ribs.[p]Does anyone have any other suggestions?

<p />gugshie,[p]One last suggestion: send me your address ;-)[p]Sounds like a great menu - your guests will be pleased.[p]You might want to do some stuffed or just grilled portabellas or baby bellas as a side item - goes great with prime rib for the more "formal" meal. Also do a lettuce wedge with blue cheese dressing to go along side the prime rib. For the pork ribs, maybe do some ABTs as well so you'll have something to snack on while the ribs do their thang. And I love to eat a good slaw with ribs. [p]Do you have more than one Egg? It definitely helps when doing sides like I've mentioned above. Otherwise, you can still manage fine, just leave a little more time for the meal prep.[p]Have fun,[p]TRex[p]

    TRex,
Jason:[p]I just added your website to my favorites. It's fun looking at your "man trip" and other photos. I think I've done a few of those.[p]Mike

    TRex,
!Great! lookin' shrooms.[p]what do you marinate them in, and did you
cook them direct on the grill, indirect, or
    in a 'grill topper'?[p]HolySmokes.

HolySmokes,[p]Marinated in Italian dressing for 15 minutes or so, cooked directly on the grill surface in the neighborhood of 450.[p]Incidentally, I don't think I closed the dome during the cook.[p]Cheers,[p]TRex
