One of the best things I've ever had while visiting Mexico was marlin. We are usually on the west coast in places like Mazatlan where marlin is a staple dish. I have it where it is a hash or like a pulled pork. Rarely do we have marlin available here in St Louis but this week blue marlin is available. Any recipe help besides the normal grilled?
