    Wardster, Sure thing. 1 bottle of Light Karo syrup mixed with Texas Pete Wing Sauce to taste. Dust chikkie wings or thighs with Ken Stone's Witchy Red Rub. I've used the Gilded Splinters with great success also. I cooked the thighs to 180° on a raised grid direct. Take directly from grill and coat in the Karo and wing sauce. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and celery seed mixed in a shaker bottle. That's all there is to it.

    Wardster, OOPS! Forgot the cooking temp. Cooked at around 325 to 350° flipping frequently to crisp up the skin. 8^
