I used to have so much trouble with chicken on my old smoker. Tonight was the first time that I tried "Drunk Chicken" on the egg. This has to have been the best Chicken I have ever had. I've done this in the past on other grills, and the egg really showed it's stuff today. Wow!! The corn came out just as good! MollyShark,[p]some people call it BeerCan Chicken. Put a rub on the outside of the bird..take a can of beer and empty it about 1/2 way (how u do that is your choice) :-) I pour a little bit of Dizzy Pig in the can aswell.. Also, I put a few holes around the top so it can evaporate easier. Then stick the can up into the cavity of the bird. Then stand the bird up sitting on the can. Indirect hit @ 300 for about 3 hours or until thigh reaches 180. If you would like I could send you pics of the setup.
