Final temp for Picnic?

Picnic is cooking away. Temp has held steady around 250 16 plus hours. Internal temp is 182. For pullable should I wait for internal of 190 or 195?

    bk,[p]Either should be fine. Best way I have found is to just take your prob and jab the hunk o meat a few times. If it feels like it's going through air you're good to go. If you feel some resistance I'd let it cook some more. Some Butts/picnics are more tender than others at the same temp.[p]Rick
