My polder is broke :( [p]How long should I estimate per pound on the pork loin at 300? I can check with the thermapen, but I do not want to keep opening the dome![p]Thanks for your help[p]Banker John

Banker John,[p]I don't know in pounds per minute, but a pork loin usually takes about 45 minutes to reach 147 degrees for me. I do it at 350 though.[p]
